IT Support Job Summary Al Jassim Group is seeking a serviceoriented and selfmotivated professional to join our IT support team In this role you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements IT Support Duties and Responsibilities Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company including our restaurant this may be in person or over the phone or site visit Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology Possibly training junior staff
