Answer associates' questions and determine how to assist them. Record symptoms, medical information, and changes in condition.

Make referrals if necessary. Measure and record patients' vital signs. Recommend and implement patient care plans and interventions based on assessment of patient conditions.

Administer medications and provide basic patient care and treatments, such as taking temperatures / blood pressures, cleaning / dressing wounds, massaging muscles, or delivering hot / cold applications.

Administer emergency treatment for injuries / illnesses; arrange medical care if necessary. Inform management and all associates of health problems to minimize or eliminate potential illness risks.

  • Record, store, and maintain associate's assessment and counseling information. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of professional area, seek additional information when presented with unfamiliar situations;
  • participate in ongoing professional development.

    Overall responsibility in ensuring welfare activities for associates are effectively managed and implemented. Handle employee complaints, counseling and grievance.

    Identify and address issues, concerns, root cause and any matter that needs escalation to the Management. Ensure necessary assistance and care is given to associate who has undergone medical treatment and residing at associate accommodations / residences.

    Organize and administer associate welfare activities and practices based on but not limited to Marriott Take Care Certification standards and Welfare Standard recommended by the authorities.

    Deliver hotel health care and welfare related trainings to all associates. Support recruitment team with medical reports of associates.

    Administer and manage all tasks pertaining health insurance of associates.

    Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of university degree / diploma in Nursing or related discipline is a must. Minimum 4 years of prior experience in welfare will be preferable.
  • Must have ability to conduct group trainings. Prior work experience in multicultural environment would be an added advantage.
  • Language Proficiency (mandatory) : English (Read, Write, Speak)
  • Administrative & Digital Proficiency : MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Social Media Marketing
