Hold a secretary college degree or a college degree in administration or in a related field.
Have at least two years of experience in a similar position.
Have an excellent working knowledge in English (oral and written) and be able to draft correspondence in perfect English with minimal supervision.
Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Be able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Have great organizational skills, know how to manage priorities, and be proactive.
Promote teamwork and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Be able to speak and write in Arabic
