Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing and managing their assigned territory. This includes meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly AOP targets.

Prepare and manage a sales force pipeline that directly impacts sales growth through both distributors and end-user sales.

Engage with regional distributors, national accounts, to understand their needs and build long-term relationships. Implement and use Honeywell's MOS for your designated region to help deliver your goals.


Grow share of demand in the given territory, vertical, or customer set, by promoting Honeywell products & solutions and associated service, through strong value propositions

Promote actively New Product Introductions (NPIs)

Aggressively seek out new end-user customers to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue, in alignment with leadership’s global strategy

Improve the safety, productivity and performance of assigned end-user customers and channels though a strong understanding and reporting of future needs and identification of solutions for further development

Maintain ongoing knowledge of the marketplace and competitor data


  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
  • Experience within a Sales role within the Gas / Instrumentation / Fire or Safety industrie

  • A solutions oriented individual
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Significant technical sales and customer applications experience
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to identify optimal go-to-market strategy in various situations
  • Proven track record of sales achievement, driving growth and results
  • Ability to leverage internal and external resources to overcome obstacles and meet sales goals
  • Strong work ethic, ability to produce results under pressure
  • Have a Passion for Winning. Never gives up in the face of resistance or setbacks with an insatiable curiosity for learning.
  • Competitive, strategic, and global mindset. Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and demonstration of business acumen
  • An Arabic speaker is preferable
