JOB SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the Director - International Medical Affairs, the Coordinator - International Medical Affairs is responsible for coordinating functions related to the communication, support and administration of the International Medical Affairs Office
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Assists with planning and coordination of the International Office activities, conferences, and exhibitions.
Coordinates hotels and travels arrangements.
Coordinates physicians’ CVs, BIOs, and other relevant paperwork.
Coordinates with Communications department regarding marketing materials.
Develops reports and maintains a spreadsheet for the International Office activities.
Coordinates travel and hotel arrangements for international key Healthcare figures and Ministry of Health officials visiting Sidra , in addition to embassies and international hospitals to ensure the smooth operation of these visits.
Adheres to Sidra’s standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.
Adheres to and promotes Sidra’s Values.
In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS SELECTION CRITERIA :
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
3+ years relevant experience within a healthcare environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Outstanding customer service skills, communicates well and utilizes excellent listening skills and telephone etiquette.
Ability to Prioritize and perform multiple duties in an often fast paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in written and spoken English
