JobDescription :

  • Contacts the customer database received fromthe marketing events or other sources and understands thecustomers' interests, preferences and buyingbehaviors.
  • Filters and validates the potentialcustomers. Qualifies thepotential customersinto 'Leads' 'Hot Leads, Cold Leads and Lost Sale, based on their interests andpurchase intentions.
  • Creates customersinterest in the company's products and services.
  • Identifies the 'sources and the medium ofinformation' of the Lead customer about thecompany / brands / promotions and others.
  • Gathers information on thereach, preference and effectiveness of different marketingactivities for the customers.

  • Shares thereports on the Qualified Leads with the Sales team on daily basisfor appropriate actions and conversion of potential customers intoactual customers.
  • Conducts a follow up checkwith the Hot Leads (customers) to understand their experience withthe Salesman and buying decisions.
  • Obtainsinformation through the follow up calls to the customer to validateand verify the action details as registered on system by the Salesteam.
  • Follows up with the Cold Leads tounderstand the customer's reason and viewpoint regardingthe purchase. Develops the action plan in alignment with marketingto retarget and convert the customers into Hot Leads and actualcustomers.
