What kind of tasks will you have?Leadership Development
Ensure an ongoing process existswhich continuously enhances the knowledge and capability of keytalent in order to enable these leaders to effectively lead theorganization toward achievement of strategic initiatives.
Conduct individual leadership, career and talentassessments as appropriate using a variety of tools.
Support line managers and staff in the creation of robustdevelopment plans that meet succession and development needs.Succession Planning
Develop and administer a processwhich focuses on building bench strength to meet current and futurebusiness needs.
Serve as a resource to recruiting andorganisational effectiveness in the identification of candidatesfor critical roles. Performance Management
Implement,manage and maintain the end-to-end annual performance reviewprocess that focuses employee's efforts on the achievementof business goals and attainment of requisite skills / competenciesto sustain profitable growth.
Support Line Managers increating bespoke personal development and performance improvementplans for employees and manage the follow-ups and implementations.Nationalization
Implement and monitor the QatarizationDevelopment Roadmap, in line with HR and business strategies.
Develop and implement communication plans forNationalization and advocate and promote Nationalizationinitiatives across the business. Training and Development
Participate in development of company-wide or individual learninginitiatives that cost effectively focus employee developmenttowards achievement of both business and personal career goals.
Participate in conducting training needs assessments,recommending and implementing programs to support key skill areas.Competency Models
Evaluate and maintain leadership andtechnical competency models that facilitate the assessment ofemployees versus these competencies.
Design development programsand individual development plans based on these competencyevaluations. Organizational Leadership
Form collaborativerelationships within the business in order to execute talentstrategies and efforts to support the growth and strategicobjectives of the company.
Research latest development inmanagement, leadership and organization development areas and keepabreast to serve as a subject matter expert and consult to theorganization regarding critical people issues.
Contributeat both strategic and operational levels in order to identify HRpriorities and recommend appropriate people management solutionswhich support business aims while also providing a customer-focusedHR service.
