Main Responsibilities

  • Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures (SOPs,etc.)
  • Assist Marketing CommunicationsManager to implement campaigns in accordance with the programme orplan
  • Maintain and administer online mediaplan in a structured and systematic manner
  • Manage and monitor the Hotels social media channels includingdeveloping posts, visuals, messaging, and calendar management
  • Plan and oversee all photography and videographysessions for the hotel to ensure the right assets are in place formedia, digital, and collateral use
  • Leverageall aspects of paid digital marketing (search, display, video,social) and coordinate with MOHG to optimize the digital consumerdecision journeys
  • Maintain communication andcoordination with external agencies
  • Workwith MOHG digital marketing team to identify and execute paidsocial media campaigns to engage both global staying guests andlocal audiences for The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Events, andF&B outlets
  • Manage digitaladvertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time,within budget, and achieve objectives
