  • Experience in enhancing organization’s human resources by planning, developing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Provide guidance in interpreting and applying compliance, regulations, policy, procedures and employment law in Qatar.
  • Coaching, challenge and provision of guidance to leaders to develop excellent people managers and leaders.
  • Implement business planning, strategic and change management initiatives.
  • Introduce new ideas and concepts to the business to motivate and inspire better ways of doing things.
  • Support pursuit of business development / growth opportunities through participation in proposal development and associated negotiations.
  • Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree is required, within Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Preference for Master’s Degree or Professional HR certification (CIPD, SPHR, GPHR, PHR).
  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive and diverse HR Generalist experience.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in business partnering / advisory roles - Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Experience of advising managers on employment law and on internal HR policies and procedures. Preference for up to date knowledge of Qatar employment legislation.
