Handlecustomer escalation topics and meet the customersatisfaction
Should be flexible workingin shifts.
Communicate clearly andeffectively
Test incidentresolutions for their correct functionality and documentthem.
Safeguard the smoothoperation including all closing and reporting deadlines.
Interact with international supportunits in a pre-defined way.
