To provide administrative supportin the service delivery in line with best practice, statutory andmandatory compliance and to the SLA’s for thesite.
You will ensure that allPPM’s, quotes and reactive tasks are scheduled andcompleted within the allocated timeframes co-ordinating with thehelpdesk for closures and extensions of tasks.
Maintain an efficient and effective filing system for thetechnical service department, coordinating service reports, quotesfollowing recommendations and scrutinising supplierquotations.
Supporting the Technical TeamSenior Coordinator in collating month end information.
Receiving and distributing reactive calls to in houseengineers and sub-contractors
Uploading of allpaperwork related to reactive and planned works to Maximo,SAP / Basware and IMS
