Brief DescriptionDetailed Description

  • Identify, implement and report onperformance management scope, processes and performance data and its projects,initiatives and operational entities on an ongoing basis or as when required.
  • Identify and recommend KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) that are suitable for different projects andinitiatives while managing a balanced measurement system for improvement.
  • Continually improve on performancemanagement processes and to recommend new tools that will give insights into abalanced measurement system that can assist in identifying areas forimprovement and growth where necessary
  • Vet and verify performance datasubmitted by different projects, initiatives and operational entities in orderto ensure completeness and adherence to requirements and support thedevelopment of critical reviews.
  • Support Projects & Initiativesmanagement to analyze entities’ and initiatives’ business plans, assess differentstrategic options, evaluate performance, and business case proposals againstintended strategy and goals avoiding scope deviations.
  • Assist in the development ofmitigation / corrective action plans in conjunction with related under-performingprojects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and review performanceagainst corrective plans put in place as part of the performance managementprocesses.
  • Conduct structured and ad-hocevaluations as needed in order to ensure the effective execution of the wholeperformance cycle and raise reports for the management.
  • Support in research activities andin preparing recommendations and reports / presentations to support managementand executive decision-making.
  • Under guidance from Projects &Initiatives management, support in conducting new opportunity assessment,evaluation, and development of business cases for projects or initiatives andbusiness development opportunities.
  • Provide required analysis insupporting Projects & Initiatives management in developing recommendationsidentifying cross-organizational improvement initiatives targeting costsavings, revenue augmentation, integration within assets, streamlining ofdelivery models, and implementing synergies in offerings.
  • Support Projects & Initiativesleadership in developing Executive Management briefings and papers.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevantfield & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience.
  • Excellent communication, teamworkand interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effectiveworking relationships in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
  • Good strategic thinking, planning,and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Considerable knowledge of qualityand risk management practices
  • Outstanding writing skills withthe ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communicationsand to articulate ideas clearly and concisely;
  • Arabic proficiency is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Officeapplications and applicable technologies, platforms, and systems such as MSSharePoint, Oracle ERP, and Hyperion.
