  • Ensure that Change &Configuration Management methods and procedures are used forefficient and prompt handling of all Changes within command& control centre technical operations and associated venuemanagement systems such as building management systems, CCTV,Access Control & other ELV solutions.
  • Manage IT changes through their lifecycle from submissionto the completion and closure of the change request analyzing PostImplementation Review (PIR) for all changes, reviewing results fromthe work carried out and identifying areas of improvement forfuture implementations
  • Manage the changecontrol board practice and the overall impact analysisprocess.
  • Ensure the CMDB is regularly updatedbased on the changes being introduced into production
  • Manage the introduction of new services in the productionenvironment so that there is :
  • Proper knowledgetransfer provided to the support teams and end users throughtrainings and manuals in coordination with the Knowledge ManagementAnalyst.
  • Updates to the Service Catalogue andCMDB takes place as part of introducing new services incoordination with the Configuration Manager and Service LevelManager
  • Ensure proper communication with keystakeholders takes place including agreement on when change is tobe deployed, any downtime and any mass communication to staffmembers impacted by this change
