  • Assist with the recruitmentprocess by identifying candidates, performing reference checks andissuing employment contracts.
  • Maintaincalendars of the HR management team.
  • Overseethe completion of compensation and benefitdocumentation.
  • Assist with performancemanagement procedures.
  • Schedule meetings,interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of newstaff.
  • Produce and submit reports on generalHR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve anypayroll errors.
  • Complete termination paperworkand exit interviews.
  • Keep up-to-date with thelatest HR trends and best practices.
