The PR Coordinator will play a key role in the execution of PR plans, primarily focused on proactive engagement and relationship building with the media, bloggers and social media influencers, leading to positive awareness and coverage for each of our clients.
Office based with occasional meetings in and around the greater Doha area

Assisting PR department in all administrative tasks , filling, compiling reports and media liaising
Skills Required :
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and the ability to work within a team.
Minimum Qualifications :
Degree qualification in communications, Public Relations, journalism or something similar.
Minimum Experience : 1 year of relevant experience.
Middle Eastern experience is an advantage.
Spoken Arabic is an advantage.
Key responsibilities and main
tasks and activities :
Work with media, press and online outlets as needed
Work with clients and other entities as directed
Pitch client stories to media
Develop, plan and execute public relations tactics as assigned
Create and manage editorial and posting calendars
Updating of media lists and databases
Monitoring media coverage
Assembling media kits
Assisting in organising events
Fielding and processing internal information requests
Update client and internal status reports and participate / schedule staff and client meetings
Monitor, collect, track, evaluate and create reports on public relations tactics and competitive activity weekly / monthly or as assigned
Maintain agency time sheets as directed, with attention to detail
Coordinate, arrange and participate in client events, meetings and other activities at the direction of immediate supervisor
