DohaDepartmentAs HR Supervisor you will be responsible to provide a range of HR services to QACC departments. Supervise all matters relating to terms of employment, contract renewals, change of terms and conditions of all permanent and contractual staff.
While taking direct responsibility for all HR activities pertaining to all grades. To ensure that HR services are dispensed in a speedy and effective manner. Key responsibilities :
Ensure all HR files and records are kept up to date
Compiling and processing payroll information; maintaining records
Handling a variety of employees queries and issues
Support with disciplinary and grievance procedures
General administration duties such as data entry, filing and responding to queries from both management and staff
Oversee new joiners administration process such as uniform, opening of accounts, ID etc
Reviewing management data and providing weekly and monthly update and trend reports
Support HR project activities and initiatives PersonTo be successful in this role you will need a University / College degree in a related discipline and 4 years of job-
related experience. You will have to display a proven ability in demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business and a strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience.
You must be computer literate-MS office. Strong interaction with client area with proven influencing experience and exposure to HR systems & processes is essential for this role.
