To conduct market intelligence and research and Partake in the formulation of the company s sales strategy plans and actively participate in its implementation through identifying prospects opportunities and converting them into active customers and or developing business with existing customers consistently achieving sales targets including but not limited to sales volume margins and collections Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales activity of our freight forwarding division Develop relationships with customers and recommend solutions New leads may be generated through canvassing cold calling partner relationships and customer referrals Meet sales revenue targets Maintain pipeline and opportunities in CRM As agreed Develop implement and maintain sales activities and plans Build and maintain longterm relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information guidance and support recommending service and profit improvements and recommending new opportunities Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information Accountabilities Achievement of assigned sales targets Response time towards customer queries Conversion rate for quotations to orders Timely completion of the assigned task s and productivity targets Accuracy and comprehensiveness of the ERP data inputs within the assigned area s of responsibility Accuracy of all prepared reports in the area s within the scope of responsibility Effective closure of Non Conformances and complaints Maintain cash flow by ensuring due amounts are cleared by customers on a timely manner as per agreement
