Job Description : Job Purpose :

Job Purpose :

Enforce sales and Technical matters of Waterproofing, construction chemicals and specialized Building Materials .

Achieve sales target with specific gross margin and obtain product approvals from Consultants, Clients and Contractors, keeping the best level of customer satisfaction.

Development of construction Chemical range of Products.

Job Scope :

1) Achieving sales target with specific gross margin and expand Mannai’s Market share in Qatari Market.

2) Generate sales and Empower business of the following Building Material Products :

  • Waterproofing Membranes
  • Self-adhesive membranes
  • Protection Boards
  • Waterproofing Materials
  • Geotextiles materials
  • Construction Chemicals
  • 3) Scanning the market for identifying and developing clients.

    4) Respond to clients introducing appropriate products, which meet the client’s requirement.

    5) Preparing estimates and quotations, and handling enquiries and tenders.

    6) Follow up material submittals ensuring its compliance to specifications.

    7) Support and assist consultants for efficient and economic product.

    8) Responsible for site visits and follow up installations and subcontractors to ensure smooth running of work.

    9) Obtaining information about competitors’ products and prices.

    10) Attending and solving customer complaints.

    11) While major focus shall be on the products as mentioned in the job purpose & scope, should also be able to promote any new products lines added to division.

    Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

    Technical work :

    Promoting Building Materials business in Qatar market providing customers and consultants with update technical information.

    Minimum Qualifications :

    Skills Desired :

  • Knowledge and experience in the above products in any of the following reputed brands : BITUMAT, DERMABIT, BITUMODE, FOSROC, SIKA, WEBER, ASPEC & OTHERS SIMILAR.
  • Qatar / Gulf experience is an advantageous.

  • Good interpersonal relationship, Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command on Arabic and English (Spoken & Written). Arabic is a must.
  • GCC driving license
  • Years of Experience Desired :

    Minimum 7 years experience in sales and / or marketing of above products in QATAR.
