DohaPermanentWe're seeking a RECRUITER for our fast paced, high performance environment. Primary Responsibilities : conducting research and analysing data to identify and define the clients.
Build the contacts with the new clients through Telephone & Email for the primary appointment. Publish job ads on careers pages, job portals and social media.
Source and contact passive candidates telephone or online(e.g. via LinkedIn, Email Etc). Screen resumes and job applications.
Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires. Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates).
Prepare candidates before interviews with clients. Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations. Maintain candidate databases Coordinate with Clients to identify future Recruitment / Placement opportunities.
Requirements : Creative thinker who can generate innovative recruiting strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
