Company Overview Established in 1951 Nabina Group is one of the pioneering and largest Qatari companies to produce process and trade construction material in Qatar the family run business had grown significantly over the years and diversified its products and services through various subsidiaries At 1200 employees our team have indeed grown significantly over the years and always on the look for innovative talented excited personnel to join its team and be part of its vision Reporting Sales Director Roles Responsibilities Accountabilities Lead sales organization to ensure target achievement Lead the tendering process with the tendering team Monitor sales team compliance with internal company practices and target achievement Ensure customers acceptance of designs prior to proceeding with implementation Conduct regular training and mentoring of sales executives to adopt best sales practices Ensure proper reporting is done through EPR System Monitor all sales outgoing tenders and follow up personally or through sales personnel regarding winning status Organize follow up visits schedules with sales and ensure compliance Keep close eye on operations to ensure project execution is in accordance with scope and customer satisfaction is achieved Conduct regular meetings with sales personnel to follow up regarding targets achievement and tackle issues related to the daily operations Monitor competition activities products services practices and gather market intelligence data to allow taking strategic decisions Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with various departments Ensure contractual obligation and mandates are met without deviation Approve commercial offers prior issuance of price quotes and follow up with sales personnel to ensure closure Empower the sales team to limit price discount and increase profitability Come up with programs to increase sales Adhere company policies and compliance requirements and protect company interests Comply with Qatar laws and regulations to protect customer interests Skills Strong contract interpretation background Excellent negotiation skills Strong personality and understands how to drive sales Very good market knowledge and understand the sale life cycle process Selfmotivated and have an ethical commitment to work Knows technology with broad understanding of CRM systems Data driven decision making Go getter personality Commitment to achieving targets Good Selling skills Customer service driven personality Excellent communicator and can handle all kinds of customer behaviors Good Interpersonal skills and problem solver Quick thinker where he can understand how to integrate various products Technical knowledge and can understand technical knowledge Proven track experience in Sales management in Qatar Physical Abilities Physically fit Education Experience Bachelor degree Engineering is preferred or 10 Years of Experience PMP Certification
