DohaWe are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish job ads in various portalsNetwork with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during eventsCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for hiringScreen resumes and job applicationsConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesInterview candidates in-person or phoneHost and participate in job fairsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsRequirementsProven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar roleHands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and IndeedKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systemsStrong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skillsTeam spiritBSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field This is for local applicants who have NOC and can join immediately Only qualified applicants will be contacted for interview Job Type : Full-timeExperience : RECRUITMENT : 2 years (Required)Location : Doha (Required)
