Manage all internal capitalprojects, outside of the LAX Sky Way Redevelopment Program,coordinating real estate professionals, general contractors,subcontractors and suppliers on scopes of work ranging between $25Kand $10M+
Develop process and manage thehandling of non-capital projects requested by internalstakeholders, which can be performed as Indefinite Quantity (IQ)work under the applicable FMO contract, or as separatecontracts.
Plan and lead the FacilitiesMaintenance implementation and scope expansion for the new Terminal3 facilities.
Evaluate and develop strategicopportunities to take on maintenance of priority building systemsfor the new T3 facilities. ![]()
