About Your Role :
As a Manager Learning Technology, you will provide management and strategic support to the Talent Management function in the areas of Learning Technology and will play a lead role in deployment of the new Enterprise Learning Management System with a focused approach on performance based learning and analytics.
Accountabilities : Strategic
Will design and deploy learning technology solutions to make training function more cost effective, engaging and innovative with a focus on improving performance of employees and departments.
Deploying the new Enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) for Qatar Airways to bring overall efficiency in training and development function
Utilising LMS to create an efficient BI system for Talent Development that predicts compliance risks, analyse engagement and culture, and identify high-
value career paths and leadership candidates.
Strategic implementation of innovative Learning Technology for Talent Management with a strong focus on maximizing digital learning across QRG.
Produce, devise and implement digital learning policies and procedures specific to the development of Qatar Airways employees.
Interact and collaborate with Senior Management across the business for capturing training needs, performance related gaps, identifying key risks and work with them to provide effective digital learning solutions.
Mapping and configuring the organizational structure of Qatar Airways, integrating all training related activities and overall management of training into the new LMS.
Deploying Dashboards and Business Intelligence within the new Learning Management System for all trainings including regulatory and compliance based programs across QRG.
Supports the Talent Development team to identify business challenges and use Learning Technology to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs in order to provide cost effective and 24 X 7 learning solutions
Communicates learning related gaps and suggestions to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting on periodic / quarterly / annual basis.
Responsible for ensuing data integrity within the Learning Management System.
Serves as the domain expert for Learning Technology and Platforms and regularly contributes to the knowledge base of the organization via internal articles, micro learning and yammer posts.
Implements data driven decision making by applying predictive analysis in Talent Management domain, building a culture of support that will enable HR to be a strategic business partner.
To provide a consultancy role across Qatar Airways Group on projects related learning technology and research initiatives as required.
Perform other duties as requested by the Management.
About You : Qualifications :
Qualifications : Essential
Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level
MBA with learning technology background.
Additionally, HR certification from a reputed institute.
Additionally, Data Analytics certification.
Previous Experience : Essential
Minimum 8 years relevant experience
Experience in Enterprise Learning Management System or any other large-scale learning platform.
Expertise in digital content management or Learning Analytics.
Experience desired in one or more of the following disciplines : LMS, Talent Management, Data analysis
Digital Learning, HR internal consulting or project management.
Experience with an international airline, global aviation company or a leading academic institution.
