  • Work with the customer toanalyze, define and prioritize bugs, change requests, servicerequests, development, and training.
  • Provide interim solutionsaccording to Service Level Agreements.

  • Performs the restoration of complex computing serviceoperations.
  • Ensure systems conforms toarchitectural objectives.
  • Answer questionsabout the usage of functionalities in the system.
  • Manage customer expectations according to theSLAs.
  • rganize and participate in thethree stages of the installation quality process, preparation,on-site visit and report writing.
  • Drive solution adoption throughhealth checks.

  • Discuss possible systemenhancements with product management and / or system experts based ondiscussions with clients and knowledge of multiple clientsystems.
  • Manage processes within an efficientand repeatable framework.
