The RoleCharterhouse is working with a leading facilities management company in Qatar who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic and diverse team.
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide professional administrative support to the CEO and other company executives, including but not limited to diary management, creating and maintaining all documents, arranging and attending board meetings and being the first point of contact for all visitors.
RequirementsThe successful candidate should have a minimum for 5 years' experience in a similar role and be familiar with the cultural sensitivities of the region.
A Degree or Diploma in Administration or Business related fields is essential. Good computer skills, especially MS Office and strong verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory, a working knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
This role requires a candidate who is a team player, demonstrate flexibility, who shows a high level of confidentiality, and who is able to multitask to match the ever changing work environment.
