Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in controlling and analyzing, on an on-going basis, the following : Quality levels of product and serviceGuest satisfactionMerchandising and marketingOperating CostSanitation, cleanliness and hygieneEnsures optimum performance in the above areas as assigned.
Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage Products to ensure highest quality at all times.
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.Ensure that training are properly executed.Conducts under guidance of Food and Beverage Manager such functions as hiring specific levels of employees, employee orientation, on the job performance, appraisal, coaching, counseling, and suspension if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in developing formal training plans, and conducting on the job training sessions for the Food and Beverage department employees, participates in conducting training's, meetings, and briefings on such topics as food preparation, and service etiquette.

Attends and contributes to the food and beverage department meetings in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager, attends the department head meetings and morning briefings in GM's office.
Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in maintaining a record system to include, but not limited to the following : Files on all previous functions and Outlet reservation book.
Customer contact file and Sales solicitation programRoom utilization for banquetsMenu files and Promotion filesSales history, sales MixActual cost, potential food and beverage costsPar stock, production times and productivityAssists the Food and Beverage Manager in the following up on business referrals and potential sales leads for banquets and outlets.Job Type : Full-time
