  • Tracking and sharing progress and performance to keep the HR organization informed
  • Enabling improvements in engagement, performance and retention within HR
  • Building change agility to accelerate HR transformation efforts
  • Helping leaders articulate the value of HR to business leaders and key partners
  • Designs, develops and delivers a management development program to build effective management skills.
  • Develops specific training programs to improve service performance.
  • Works with leadership team to determine development needs of managers.
  • Assists in the all phases of the content development cycle, including needs analysis, planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and editing.
  • Develops participant and instructor materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, job aids, etc).
  • Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
  • Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
  • Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
  • Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
