1 Assisting in preparation of asset liability petty cash and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information 2 Handles Invoice Bookings of other payable 3 Performing Supplier reconciliation prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements 4 Develop periodic reports for Finance Department 5 Keep up with financial policies regulation and legislation 6 Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and handles Auditors 7 Handles Vehicle Expense allocation and preparation of Vehicle Expense Analysis 8 Monitoring staff related expenses such as immigration exp 9 Assist Accountant Position for Bank Reconciliation for Payroll Settlements and for Supplier Payment 10 Maintains financial security by following internal controls and handling Bank Related tasks 11 Coordinating with Banks Suppliers and prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements 12 Handle sales related transactions 13 Handle and monitor petty cash 14 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
