Job Description and Requirements

Key Skills and Experience

Education / Experience Requirements :

  • University graduate with at least 3 years managerial experience in financial services with a specialization in bulk sales management.
  • Well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and any regulations for bulk sales products and services with at least 2 years in local environment.

    • Relationship Management High Skills :

  • Identify potential large corporate employees.
  • Establish strong relationship with influencers and key management personnel.
  • Well founded understanding of the bulk sales customer base.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Superior people relationship skills.
  • Awareness of risk management concept and practices.
  • Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.
  • Personal integrity and self-management.
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Planning, organizing and analytical ability.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of
