  • Coordinate sales team by managingschedules, filing important documents and communicating relevantinformation
  • Ensure the adequacy ofsales-related equipment or material
  • Respond tocomplaints from customers and give after-sales support whenrequested
  • Store and sort financial andnon-financial data in electronic form and presentreports
  • Handle the processing of all orderswith accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients ofunforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor theteam’s progress, identify shortcomings and proposeimprovements
  • Assist in the preparation andorganizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Perform all the tasks as assigned by themanagement
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in sales coordinator or inother administrative positions is must.
  • Goodcomputer skills
  • Excellent in MSOffice
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude inproblem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • A team player with highlevel of dedication
