Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems and applications Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnoses solves hardware and software faults Follows instructions to set up systems or repair faults Sets up user sgqt accounts and profiles Logs all helpdesk interactions Records updates and documents requests accurately using the IT service desk system Works continuously on a task and followsup to ensure completion Responds to callouts within agreed time limits Prioritizes and manages multiple requests effectively Follows standard helpdesk procedures Identifies and escalates issues that require urgent attention Maintains a firstclass level of customer service by ensuring effective and professional client service Communicates effectively with technical and nontechnical colleagues at all levels in the organization Maintains and supports manufacturer dealer and sgqts hardware applications
