We are lookingfor a competent OfficeClerk to perform various administrative andclerical tasks to support our offices. You will undertake a varietyof activities in the office ranging from filing and answering thephone to basic bookkeeping.

An effectiveoffice clerk has the ability to work diligently to help maintainsmooth office operations. You must be reliable and hardworking withgreat communication skills.

The ideal candidate will also befamiliar with office equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain files and records so they remainupdated and easily accessible
  • Answer the phoneto take messages or redirect calls to appropriatecolleagues
  • Utilize office appliances such asphotocopier, printers etc
  • Assist in officemanagement and organization procedures
  • Monitorstocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and reportwhen there are shortages
  • Perform other officeduties as assigned
