Main Responsibilities & Tasks Key Responsibilities Budget Preparation & Monitoring Participate in the preparation / compilation of annual budget of HR department and provide the required recommendations Monitor HR departmental budget utilization and remaining funds and prepare the required reports periodically.
Perform required validations on expenditures request, Purchase Requests & Letters of Award Monitor and reconcile petty cash float, Cash Advance and other mode of expenses such as corporate cards and E - Government services Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Purchasing Administer Prepare P.R. for all purchase requirements by Human Resource department and follow up on entire start to end Procurement process.
Prepare Service Entry sheet and follow-up with Finance department for post purchasing process i.e. Payment process. HRIS Changes Coordination Create Maintenance request on SAP GM on behalf of all the sections within H.
