Budgets, Planning and monitoringContribute to the preparation of the budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget, in order to ensure that the business is aware of anticipated costs / revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identifiedBanking ProductsFacilitate conceptualization, design and review Retail Banking Insurance products through the utilization of analytics data, market insights and internal capabilities.
Work with relevant stakeholders in order to provide the bank with captivating customer offers in order to win in the market place.
Implement, communicate and monitor Retail Banking products (by liaising with key stakeholders, developing activity and enhancing service, product and brand offerings whenever possible) in order to drive growth and maintain retention of customers.
