DohaBecome part of our creative family!Role summary?The PR Coordinator will play a key role in the execution of PR plans, primarily focused on proactive engagement and relationship building with the media, bloggers and social media influencers, leading to positive awareness and coverage for each of our clients.

Location : Office based with occasional meetings in and around the greater Doha areaResponsible To : PR DirectorResponsible For : Assisting PR department in all administrative tasks , filling, compiling reports and media liaisingSkills Required : Excellent written and verbal skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, deadline-orientedCreative and the ability to work within a team.

Minimum Qualifications : Degree qualification in communications, Public Relations, journalism or something similar.Minimum Experience : 1 year of relevant experience.

Middle Eastern experience is an advantage.Spoken Arabic is an advantage.Key Responsibilities And MainTasks And Activities : Work with media, press and online outlets as neededWork with clients and other entities as directedPitch client stories to mediaDevelop, plan and execute public relations tactics as assignedCreate and manage editorial and posting calendarsUpdating of media lists and databasesMonitoring media coverageAssembling media kitsAssisting in organising eventsFielding and processing internal information requestsUpdate client and internal status reports and participate / schedule staff and client meetingsMonitor, collect, track, evaluate and create reports on public relations tactics and competitive activity weekly / monthly or as assignedMaintain agency time sheets as directed, with attention to detailCoordinate, arrange and participate in client events, meetings and other activities at the direction of immediate supervisorGeneral Information : The PR Coordinator Should : Follow all company policies and procedures and well as local lawsMaintain confidentiality of company records and information at all timesMaintain a professional imageThis job description is not to be regarded as exclusive or exhaustive.

Contractual Status : Full time, Sunday to Thursday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm.
