Job Description

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment in the GCC region.
  • Excellent Communication & Interviewing Skills
  • Active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from preparing before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • Apply Labor Laws and visa procedures while shortlisting profiles.
  • Follow up and ensure the onboarding of selected resources.
  • Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s of Science or Human Resources degree.
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Transferable Visa
