JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT : Generatessales by visiting current and new customers externally to developrelationships, recommend new products, provide information ordiscuss After-sales issues.
Welcomes customers to the FleetShowroom and facilitates sales by providing information regardingspecifications and pricing of vehicles and answeringqueries.
Maintains relationships with existing andprospective buyers within trading guidelines established by theSales Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES : Conduct external visits to customers andpotential customers in order to carry out sales prospecting analyze customers’ needs, propose accuratesolutions including service, maintenance, road assistance,insurance and financing so as to provide complete offerings.
Attendto showroom visitors in a professional and timely manner.Encouragetest drives of vehicles.Make professional client presentations thatpromote price-value advantage.
Provide quotations and follow up withcustomers after presentations.Keep a record of customer informationfor customer call reports.
Prepare proposals based oncustomer's requirements and standard technicalspecifications.Answer customer inquiries with regard to productspecifications, pricing, and payment methods.
Coordinate with theCredit department regarding financing and credit deals and assistin handling credit applications.Negotiate and finalize salesagreements and follow through to facilitate timely payment ofreceivables.
Deliver vehicles and ensure a smooth transition toAfter-sales.Monitor and report on market trends and competitoractivity.
