About Job : :
In this role you will be responsible for managing, developing and facilitating comprehensive commercial and In-flight Services and Cabin Crew training strategies to support corporate goals with regards to training and development.
In addition, you will manage resources in terms of time, product and people in order to deliver world class training programs.
About You : :
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent, be a certified trainer or hold a recognised training qualification.
This position requires you to have minimum of 10 years of work experience in an executive management position managing a large multicultural work group based within an airline.
In addition, you will also have experience flying with a major international airline and have experience in cabin crew management.
You should have experience in setting clear directions, managing workflow, and delivering constructive feedback.
