About Your Job
As Administration Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the smooth functioning of the team, whilst handling confidential and sensitive issues involving continual inter-
departmental relations, represent the team through correspondence, telephone and personal contact, liaise with other departments for arranging the logistics of resources.
You will also be responsible for, but not limited to :
To be eligible for this role, you should have relevant vocational, tertiary or trade qualification with minimum 3 years relevant experience along with good knowledge on database administration.
A tertiary HR / Administration qualification would be an added advantage.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Along with good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You should be highly organized with strong interpersonal and team working skills. You should have a high level of sensitivity and professionalism.
Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales along with the ability to work independently with minimal instructions.
