Operation Management :

  • Responsible for the channel P / L.
  • Meet the sales goals set by the management, responsible for shops, P / L, expansion, market share, promotions and relevant objectives.
  • Develop on products, services & new bundle, to customize certain promotions that penetrate the markets of dealer shops.
  • Run efficiently the promotion of products and services as planned.
  • Proactively anticipates challenges, recommend new methods and keep flow of information transparent with top management.
  • Accountable for the overall training completion on system applications, new promotion and services, ensuring the team is met the objectives.
  • Review retail store operating processes, procedures, systems and policies and develop on conceptual ideas to enhance area efficiency through exploring new methods, to ensure favorable environment of tasks.
  • Oversee the administrative policies concerned the team; attendance, rotations, leaves and recruitments.
  • Retail Process design and implementation.
  • Contribute to the company communication plan through attendance of regular meeting and preparing of relevant reports, presentations and documents.
  • Oversee the activity and performance of salesmen, to ensure providing constant support on complaint cases.
  • Staff Management :

  • Manage team’s objectives in accordance to department plans using the annual Balance Score Cards (BSC) as reference.
  • Develop performance Management culture.
  • Improve team performance through exploring individual’s SWOT-strengths Weakness Opportunities and Threats- and recommending of reward incentives and annual promotions.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Other Management :

  • Contribute to the event and exhibition plans for the organization through proceeding of relevant tasks.
  • Work in accordance with the guide lines set by Ooredoo & Starlink policies.
  • Assure optimum level of coordination with concerned department’s head, to ensure the flow of marketing materials, shops items and products and completion of system installation and fitting, branding fittings.
  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-updated of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field.
