Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following :
To drive orders and improve market participation for ISV business by developing value propositions to the customers and managing price, SG&A & Collection
To meet or exceed territory financial objectives (Budget, POR & SOP) as required in support of the ISV MEA & Regional business plan
To direct, manage, collaborate with and support sales representatives in the region
To develop and execute strategies to drive the ISV Business key initiatives and growth programs based on priority : Key Account Management, Site Plans, STO pursuits, Site walkdowns, capture capital spares potential, Wireless sales, focus to win strategic and selected KOB1 / 2 projects with differentiated value proposition, early engagement and end-user influence.
To develop and implement plans to drive and grow KOB3 and life cycle services business maximizing revenue and profit from the installed base.
To analyzing and develop plans to drive competitor valve displacement
To provide strong management and leadership to the regional ISV Sales team, retain and develop talent

To develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts to ensure trusted advisor for ISV
To support MVP concept & Collaborate and support to drive synergy and growth programs with other Emerson business units / platforms
To manage and drive sales excellence / effectiveness, solution / value selling and KPIs applications / technical support, quotations & order entry
To develop and execute project pursuit strategies for entity and destination projects. Maintain an accurate, prioritized and up-to-date entity and destination project pursuit list.
To work closely with the Strategic Account team to develop, implement and maintain account plans for strategic accounts in NR to maximize growth potential.
To drive marketing and business development initiatives for the ISV business
To use and promote the use of CRM / CRMoD of effectively
To ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions
To fulfill any other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager
To work with existing LBPs or provide analysis for assigning new LBPs to support growth in the Region
What do I need to be considered for this role?
Educated to a degree level in an engineering discipline.
Achievement of an MBA qualification will be considered advantageous.
Experience within MEA
Minimum of 15 years in sales and sales management within the valves or process control industry
Relevant sales & team management / leadership experience
Proven background in proactive & upselling by differentiating product values
Industry knowledge Oil & Gas production, processing & treating, LNG & Petrochemicals, Power and Automation Industry.
Exposure to Matrix organization having multinational diversity
