DohaAbout your JobIn this interesting role, you will provide administration and coordination support for the smooth functioning of the divisions’ operations.
You are expected to have good accounting skills and provide accounting and administrative support to the Corporate Services function.
Some of the job responsibilities will include : Conclude invoice vetting activities within set deadlines.Communicate and complete invoice verification.
Receive supplier invoicing and check for variances.Follow Qatar Airways Policies and Terms & Conditions for payment.Liaise with Utilities Team and other stakeholders / government bodies to finish related invoices.
Assist staff in queries related to utility consumption charges.Process monthly invoices pertaining to Group utility consumption (Residential and Commercial properties) and forward it to accounts payable.
Handle printers, stationary and other basic requirements of the department.Create reconciliation reports at the end of each month to support division / department.
Coordinate periodic inspection of electricity and water meters installed at facilities to ensure that they are functioning properly.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as deemed necessary for the respective roles ad functions.Follow up with relevant departments, vendors and service providers to ensure operational requirements are met on time.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.
Have a good understanding of environmental principles and tools and how they apply to your department and role.About YouQualifications : Bachelors degree in AccountingExperience : Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
