    About the Role :

    This role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of varied compensation programs keeping in mind internal equity, external competitiveness and the company's ability to attract & retain employees

    About You :

    8 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in core human resources functions & specifically Total rewards
  • Prior experience in Global Total Reward Consulting firms preferred.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management or Psychology
