1. Providefirst level support through call center or onsite, for all ITservices. Escalate incidents to the next level when requiredsupport from level 2 or SMEs.
2. Deployment and installations ofend user computer equipments and peripherals based on the businessdemand. 3. Fulfill the end users IT requests for softwareinstallations, software configurations,hardware relocations andother business requirements.
4. Facilitate end user hardware andoperating systems upgrades as and when necessary. 5. Participate inthe end users computing projects for various IT initiatives.
6.Contributes to the development of software installation proceduresand end user guides. Person Specification MinimumRequirements Qualifications Diploma degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Information Systems or other relevantdiscipline.
