Implement and establish clinicalgovernance initiatives within the QR Medical Centre and all healthcare providers within Qatar and all Outstations with high-costhealth insurance claims.
Establish, create,review and update the Quality Manual to ensure coherence with theexpectations from QR The Medical Centre and internationalhealthcare standards.
Establish ContinuingProfessional Development (CPD) Programme for staff in accordance tonational and international standards.
Monitorall continuous quality improvement initiative programs to ensurethe high quality service delivered to all patients and healthcareproviders.
Evaluate and assess all clinicalpathways within primary care, occupational health, psychology,aeromedical, pharmacy, nursing and medical commission.
Advise and assist on issues that could affect, improve orworsen the delivery of patient services.
Ensure that patient records (hard copy and electronic)are accurately maintained and statistical reports are provided ontime as per request by the Department Leads and regulatorybodies.
Prepare reports using statistical datafrom all clinical operations and complaints received.
Maximise the new IT healthcare system (Cohort) to developquality assurance dashboards and statistics.
Conduct periodic auditing against IOSA standards formedical requlatory requirements and best clinical practices relatedto quality and safety.
Assist in Risk Analysisand Health & Safety initiatives
Perform other department duties related to his / herposition as directed by the Clinical Governance Manager.andStatistics.
