Administrator The Hamilton International School Doha Qatar Date Added Jun 13 2022 Share share to email The school Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative management duties within the admin department and to support them on their daytoday activities and provide high level administrative secretarial support It is important for the Administrator to understand the structure of the organisation and quickly familiarise themselves with all internal as well as external stakeholders as they will be a focal point for various projects carried out within the organisation ISP Administrator Key Responsibilities Undertakes other duties commensurate with the post to ensure the smooth operation of the responsibilities of the company s function Takes responsibility of all admin tasks and support admin team Monitors work requirements in the absence of the senior administrator Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed Perform playground duties on time and with due diligence to safeguard Hamilton students Minimum 3 years work experience Exceptional written and oral communication skills Excellent word processing and IT skills including knowledge of a range of software packages The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Good time management skills The ability to research digest analyse and present material clearly and concisely Sales and Marketing The ability to work on your own initiative Honesty and reliability Attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadline Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues Excellent communication and people skills at all levels Ability to coordinate and collate data Health and Safety Awareness Energetic and enthusiastic A dynamic positive approach to deliver the school s vision Selfmotivation and ability to take initiatives Demonstrate an understanding of commitment to our best practice model Good knowledge and information of school operations Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff Presentation skills with the ability to present information in a concise and professional manner Organization skills well organized and able to prioritize tasks and workload Ability to negotiate persuade and motivate others A collaborative teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills Record keeping and report preparation methods Interpersonal skills including tact courtesy and patience Customer focused Willingness to undertake appropriate Professional Development
