We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About Your Job : As a strategic partner of management, functions include planning, developing, and implementing innovative human resource programs which assist in achieving business goals and objectives of the operating units.

HRD Specialists partner with internal customers by providing HR consultation and services including organizational development project support and assessment centres.

The incumbent works closely with Division / Department heads to ensure that related projects meet the needs of the business in a timely and cost effective manner.

About You : Job AccountabilitiesAs an internal consultant the HRD Specialist supports the Division / Department head in planning people performance and talent pipeline requirements in line with function / business strategy.

In association with Division / Department head implement appropriate HR interventions while accounting for learning principles and theories to manage on-

going delivery.The HRD Specialist must act as a strategist by identifying the skills required to support business success and skill levels of employees.

Acts at the talent partner between HR Business Support, stakeholders in the business and Talent DevelopmentSupports all development and implementation of HR and talent management initiatives and ensures learning is transferred into the workplaceActs as an ambassador for Talent Development by forging and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrates initiative, a ’can do’ attitude and a passion for people development.Note : you will be required to attach the following : 1.
