What will I be doing?
A Team Member Restaurant Manager will also be required to operate the Team Member Restaurant, and manage, train, & develop team members and work within budgeted guidelines.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
Manage the Team Member Restaurant operation, reporting to the Human Resources Manager
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team
Manage Team Member concerns and queries in a timely, polite and efficient manner
Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
Support Menu development together with HR and Culinary department
Accountable for monthly stock takes
Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
Evaluate Team Member satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
Be environmentally aware and follow heart of house requirements as per Hilton standards
Organize together with the HR Department, special events and activities at the Team Member Restaurant
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
