Job Description

Our upcoming store will showcase our products and solutions where customers can understand how technology can improve their daily life.

Our Experience Leads will be ready to help customers to learn and try these devices at their own pace.

The Experience Team Lead will support in leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team of high performing Digital Experts.

This role is a key part of the store leadership team.

With us you will be responsible to..

  • Own Customer Experience, Sales Targets, Driving Employee Satisfaction, increasing brand Loyalty and NPS
  • Manage and support the Digital Expert Team's performance and coach them to deliver excellent customer service
  • Deliver the desired store KPIs such as NPS, TNPS and Customer Experience.
  • Ensure that the team is trained and in adherance with the store standards and are kept to up-to-date with key propositions
  • Monitor & Analyse Customer Feedback and report to the management on how to improve customer experience
  • Ensure effective collaboration across channels, and with other stores
