We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Media and Public Relations Professional to join one of our well respected and progressive clients based in Qatar.
This exciting role reports to the Director of External Communication and works closely with the Strategy Board where you will be responsible for managing the Media Newsroom ensuring the organisation publishes impactful communication within the internal / external community.
lead the development of the annual business plans and budgets and oversee the budget. You will also represent the media newsroom acting as the organisations spokesperson with both internal and external stakeholders and proactively keeping up-
to-date with the both the organisations internal changes, inter-country and international topics translating them into communication opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
You will require a Degree in PR, Mass Media, Marketing, Communications or Journalism and will have at least 8-10 years of relevant full-
time work experience in professional writing and publication production, 3 years of which will be a senior level. You will also have a proven track record of executing internal communication campaigns for a large organisation (3000+ employees) and be able to lead change management initiatives and crisis management communication.
Computer skills : Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, MS Office.
